Terms of Service

Shipping:
Orders are shipped within 5 days (not including weekends and holidays) after being placed and confirmed payment.
Items are shipped insured. Should your purchase arrive damaged please retain the item(s), the shipping carton and all packaging materials in case they will be needed in filing an insurance claim.

Feedback:
To err is human and I may occasionally make a mistake. Should there be a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to make things right.
I would appreciate it if you don’t leave a negative feedback before giving me a chance to resolve the issue.

Returns:
Items are sold as is.
Please read item descriptions thoroughly and refer to item photos for condition of item.
No returns accepted unless I mistakenly shipped the wrong item.
